Born in Durrës, I started athletics at the age of 12. I initially trained there, and one year later I moved to Tirana to further develop my passion for the sport. For five years, I lived with my coach’s family and later with my own family.

At the age of 14, I won a silver medal at the Balkan U18 Championships, as well as a silver medal in the indoor competition. I have participated in numerous national and international events, representing my country from a very young age.
