86th National Athletics Championships

The 86th National Athletics Championships took place on June 13–14, 2024, at Elbasan Arena, bringing together Albania’s top athletes in one of the most important events of the national athletics calendar. The competition was organized by the Albanian Athletic Federation and featured a full program of track and field events for both men and women.

Over two days of competition, the championships delivered high-quality performances, strong competition, and exciting finals, reflecting the continued development of athletics in Albania. Sprint events, middle- and long-distance races, relays, as well as jumping and throwing disciplines produced notable results and intense battles for the podium.

Leading clubs such as Tirana, Vllaznia, Partizani, Skënderbeu, Teuta, alongside emerging clubs like Fortius, showcased solid preparation and growing depth in their athlete rosters. Young talents demonstrated promising progress, while experienced athletes reaffirmed their dominance at national level.

The 86th National Championships served not only as a title competition, but also as a key benchmark for athletic form, future selections, and preparation for upcoming national and international events.
