I was born in Shkodër, where I completed my primary education at “Ndre Mjeda” School and my secondary education at “Kolë Idromeno” High School.

I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education “Vojo Kushi” (2000–2004) and the Military Academy “Skënderbej”. I am currently a member of the Armed Forces, holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

I have completed professional courses in Physiotherapy and hold certifications as a Kids Athletics Coach and Gym Instructor.

Throughout my sporting career, I have been part of the following teams: Vllaznia, Studenti, and Tirana.
